Safeway and No Frills in town. There is a Cobbs Bakery, A Dollarama, A consignment store, and a variety of other businesses in town.

We have seen the rate of sale increase substantially in late 2020 and more so in 2021. The Benchmark price for Chestermere year over year was up 1% in January and 7.2% in February. This means that the higher priced homes are selling. As of the end of February there was 3.66 months of supply. This is a very healthy market to sell in. More homes should come on the market towards spring, as they always do.
