The Cove Community Information

The Cove is located on the North-East side of Chestermere Lake. It features 40 lakefront homes with the balance of the homes being off of the lake. The first homes in this area were built on Cove Road and were started in the late 1990?s. Lakefront lots in this area were 60 feet wide by about 200 feet deep. The Cove is the only area in Chestermere has a private beach area that will have a natural playground and large beach area with fresh sand installed in 2018.

This community is fully developed. There are walk-out lots, with a variety of bungalows and 2 story homes. The different phases had different builders, but most sales were done through designated builders and a showhome parade. There are homes that back onto green space, large pie lots, zero lot lines, and lakefront lots. There are no rear lanes in The Cove. Builders in the Cove were Crossley, Coco, Assured, Morrison, Douglas, Talisman, Godwin, and Keystone.
