SW Chestermere Homes includes the Beaches, West Creek, Lakeside Greens, McIvor, Chesterview Estates.
These homes are in mature neighbourhoods, close to the lake. They are smaller developments, so we thought they should be grouped together. These homes are mostly priced in the $400,000 to $500,000 range. They will have larger yards and mature landscaping. If you are looking at a new home, and are finding the prices are high a visit to these existing homes will be a real eye-opener. Many have already had many updates, and others can be brought up-to-date for less than a new home would cost.
Lakeside Greens is the golf course at Chestermere. Many of the homes back onto the golf course and most have stucco and stone exteriors.
Chesterview Estates is one of the first developments in Chestermere. Lots here have a minimum of 60' width.
Lakeview Landing has some great bungalows available.
The Beaches is an estate area for this side of the lake.
Westcreek has architectural controls that have the garage set back into the house and front verandas on the front of the homes to create a friendlier neighbourhood. There is also Westcreek pond that has homes backing onto it with walking paths around the pond.
McIvor was developed later than most of the other homes in this area. (about 2015) It was part of the McIvor homestead that was absorbed into the then town of Chestermere.
