We are very pleased with Doug, Marjorie and Kevin MaKay. Three realtors for the price of one. We also met with three other realtors, but decided to go with the MaKays because they seemed to be the most knowledge and experienced with acreages. They also felt we could get more for the property than the other 3 realtors. In the end it sold for 23,000 over asking price.

Thank you for doing your homework. Interviewing three sets of realtors took a lot of time! As local realtors, we know that there is a high demand for these wonderful 2-acre parcels. Lansdowne, Highpoint, Lake Ere, East Ridge, and Prairie Schooner will command a higher price than a 2- or 4-acre parcel on the bare prairie. We were very pleased to present 2 offers over the list price, negotiating an unconditional offer with a quick closing within 6 days on the market. So glad we were able to maximize your takeout on this property!
