Georgian Villas Are The Only Adult Community Bungalow Style Attached Homes.

With features such as exposed aggregate driveways, acrylic siding, designer colors, dura deck with aluminum clad railing, a verandah, and a patio or balcony.  Georgian Villas are very well-appointed.  Some units have a walkout, and some units back onto the canal.  There is a two-car-attached garage on each unit.  Inside there are features such as beautiful hardwood floors, maple kitchen cabinets, textured laminate, a kingsman fireplace, imported light fixtures, maple wrought iron railing, blinds, and stainless steel appliances, some homes have Apollo in-floor heat.  These villas run between 1,400 and 1,500 square feet.   These units do not come up that often as there were only about 30 built in 2007 to 2009 by Truman homes.
