When you walk through model homes or talk with salespeople at the builder's office, you may get verbal offers or be promised certain terms. As your realtor, we will ensure that these terms can be put into writing as everything that you are promised must be in the offer to ensure that it is part of the deal. If it is not in writing you will not have a leg to stand on. All contracts to purchase a new home must have all terms, all goods included, in writing.
