In the $200,000 to $700,000 there is a shortage of homes for sale.

It is a seller’s market until you get to above the $800,000 range.  It will take longer to sell a home in that range unless it is a lakefront home as there is still a very strong demand for lakefront homes under $1,300,000.    It appears that the market is recognizing what a great value Chestermere lakefront homes are.

62 resale homes sold in Chestermere since mid-December.  20 new homes have sold in this time.
