These are great units as they have a 2 car detached garage. There are a variety of floor plans with 2 bedrooms and a den, a 3 bedroom plan, 2 bedroom & 2 baths upstairs. There are full basements, with some being walkouts.
There is a difference in the features and floor plans as time went on. The newer units have granite, hardwood and a more open plan. It is helpful to have a local realtor when you are buying or selling a Brownstone as you can’t really compare the newer units to the older units.
