The Dawson Landing Owners Association (DLOA) has been formed by the developer to maintain and improve the community to a higher standard. The association will take care of community projects, keep residents informed, and organize events. These activities are funded through a small annual fee on homes and properties. DLOA also fosters community spirit and unity. Getting involved is a great way to meet neighbors and shape the community's future.

Chestermere is just a short 22-minute drive from downtown Calgary or the airport. Chestermere Dawson's Landing is a new community that is build around a 750 acre lake that you can swim, fish, sail and motorboat on. You may think that it would be expensive to live in a City that offers all of these amenities; however Chestermere taxes are the lowest for any city in the province.
